"Real Life" PowerBuilding PPL 8 Week Program (6 Day Split)
This push/pull/legs program is 6 day week designed to increase your squat/bench/deadlift PR's whilst also focusing on hypertrophy for accessories. i've designed this program specifically to be easy to follow and progress through, No unneeded fluff. Just all about getting stronger.
(This is the program I ran to get a 200KG deadlift within 9Months of first starting the gym. While very intense, if you can do it the rewards are insane)
The program is an 8 week cycle which can be repeated as many times as you like.
Program is as follows :
Day 1 - Push
Day 2 - Pull
Day 3 - Legs
Day 4 - Push
Day 5 - Pull
Day 6 - Legs
Day 7 - Rest
P/P/L days start with either a Squat/Bench/Deadlift TopSet followed by Backoff sets within all rep ranges followed by accessory work to build as much strength/hypertrophy possible.
